We're sure every child on Earth has at least once thought about this idea: "What if mammoths (yes, permafrost-frozen mammoths) would now be alive??" Hendrick Poinar did ask himself this question in his childhood and now, many years later, he's able to make it happen!!!

We're not so different from them at all, we share the same roots: Africa. But we also might have been the ones ending up with them in the Pleistocene.
