In this TV serie, the protagonist, Dr. Brennan, is capable of reconstructing a human skull from hundreds of tiny fragments in only one night. Using a cheap glue as her unique instrument. They want us to believe this? Really?
And furthermore, in the first chapter, these scientists had to reconstruct a skeleton of a pregnant woman. While they were working, they found the incus, malleus and stapes bones within it. These three bones are very small (of the order of millimeters). They are located in the ear opening in the skull and usually do not appear, because they are lost in the extraction; considering that the body was found in the water, it is not very credible to find these kind of bones instead of larger ones. What do you think about this?

Jurassic Park
This film is considered by many as one of the best science fiction adventure film ever. But, as every film related to science, we can found some mistakes. Let’s see them!
The Brachisaurus is the first dinosaur that appears in the film.
Its reconstruction was great and impressed a lot of people.
Nevertheless, the posture is not appropriate at all. They show us
an animal that live in water and, thanks to its long neck, get the
head to the surface. The neck was inspired in a giraffe, and this is
not possible. With that posture and a giraffe neck, cervical ribs can
break and dislocate several vertebrae.
Another dinosaur that we can analyze is the Velociraptor. In the movie they are huge creatures and, we know nowadays, that they were smaller than they show us. It’s also known that they were like birds, so they must have done a reconstruction with the forepaws on the sides of the body. The tail has not vertebrae as the film explains; it’s constituted by ossified tendons. And, as a last fact, the skull in the film is too high and the tail too short.

The Walking Dead
This TV serie is considered by many as the best serie of the year, but even the best ones make mistakes.
In the fifth chapter we could see an optic microscope able to show us
genetic material, and this is imposible.
Anyway, the worst fail came in the sixth chapter. In this one is told that zombies only activate the cerebellum and not the rest of the nervous system. So they can’t process the sensorial information, they can’t smell for example. This can’t be logical if then it’s said that zombies are guided by smell.
